Our work Our vision

A residential build on Mallorca takes 18-36 months: plot evaluation, concept design, basic project, permits, execution drawings, construction supervision, hand-over. It starts with listening.

Röthig Architects is an architecture studio based in Llucmajor, working across Mallorca. We design new-build villas, new fincas on rustic land and multi-family residences — from the first plot evaluation through to the day you receive the keys. No renovation: pure new build.

As a COAIB-licensed architect on Mallorca, Eric Röthig López leads every project personally, in Spanish, German and English. We work the south of the island and bring local knowledge of the Ayuntamiento, the terrain and the trades to every commission.
