A residential build on Mallorca takes 18-36 months. Architect engagement are transparent before contract signature. Both numbers are written down before anything gets signed. No surprises in month nine, no creeping scope, no hidden lines. If a quoted timeline or fee sounds shorter or lower than reality, we would rather lose the project than oversell it., and we don't keep it to ourselves.
