Lives in Llucmajor with his wife and daughter. Languages: Spanish (native), German (native — bilingual upbringing), English (fluent). What I learned doing this work: Spanish planning law on Mallorca is not broken — it is exacting. Done right, it produces buildings that age well. Done wrong, three years of pain.
